Presentations, Proclamations and Awards
1. A Proclamation to Toastmasters for Toastmasters Week. Toastmasters is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of meeting locations. There are 3 clubs in Provo, Utah.
2. A Proclamation to Provo City's Sister City, Nanning, China. The Nanning, China delegation is visiting Provo City this week.

3. A resolution amending the 2013 Council meeting schedule by changing November 12, 2013 to a special or emergency meeting and changing November 19, 2013 to a Work and Council Meeting. (13-086)
4. A resolution authorizing eminent domain proceedings on the property generally located at 1750 South 400 West to acquire right-of-way for the Westside Connector Highway. (13-085)
5. A resolution authorizing eminent domain proceedings on the property generally located at 1100 West 1560 South to acquire right-of-way for the Westside Connector Highway. (13-087)
6. A resolution authorizing eminent domain proceedings on the property generally located at 1055 West 1560 South to acquire right-of-way for the Westside Connector Highway. (13-088)

8. An ordinance amending Provo City Code Chapter 14.34 "Supplementary Development Standards" to create section 14.34.510 "Design Standards for Recreational Vehicle and Boat Sales Lots". (13-0010OA)
