KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening. 2. Conditional use permit for farm animals at 343 North Seemore Drive ? Brad Barlow. 3. Public hearing and request to rezone 0.47 acre of property at 1550 South Thoroughbred Drive from R-A (Residential Agriculture) to HC (Health Care) ? Daniel Knechtel. 4. Public hearing and request to rezone 0.92 acre of property at 579 South Angel Street from A-1 (Light Agriculture) to R-1-20 (Single Family Residential) ? Bill Picard. 5. Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for Picard Subdivision at 579 South Angel ? Bill Picard. 6. Final plat approval for Harvey Subdivision at 1773 West 200 North ? Jason Bingham. 7. Call to the public. 8. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 9. Adjournment.
