6. Discussion regarding Ordinance 2005-20, an ordinance establishing water as a resource necessary for development within the City of Bluffdale and specifying the amount of water to be secured by parties receiving approval to develop - presenter, Kim Rindlisbacher.

PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and vote on an ordinance proposing to amend the Official Zoning Map from R-1-43 (Residential 1-acre) to GC-1 (Commercial) for approximately 10.08 acres, located at approximately 16131 South Camp Williams Rd., S A McDougal, Liberty Ventures, GKM Family LLC, applicants ? staff presenter ? 8. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and vote on an ordinance proposing to amend the City of Bluffdale Land Use Regulations, section 11-15 (Site Plans), requiring fencing when the City Staff, Planning Commission, and/or City Council determines that a hazardous condition may exist ? staff presenter ? 9. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and vote on proposed amendments to the City of Bluffdale Land Use Ordinance articles 11-8A, 11-8B, 11-8D, and 11-7 as it pertains to clustered residential developments in the R-1-43, R-1-10, R-87, and A-5 zones ? staff presenter ? Alan Peters.
10. Consideration and vote regarding Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plats for Plat E and Plat E-2 for 34 Townhomes, common areas, and associated streets located at approximately 15000-15200 South Heritagecrest Way and Plat D-6 for 12 single family lots at approximately 15200 South and Allegiance Drive within the Independence Master Planned Community, 4 Independence, LLC, applicant ? staff presenter ?
