The Agenda will be as follows: BLUFFDALE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING 7:00 P.M. 1. Roll Call, Invocation and Pledge.* 2. PUBLIC FORUM ? (4 minute maximum per person to bring items not already on the agenda before the Council. Participants are encouraged to submit a written statement (1 copy) for items that are complex or that may require more than 4 minutes to present). 3. CONSENT AGENDA: 3.1 Approval of the June 11, 2013 meeting minutes. 3.2 Approval of the June 25, 2013 meeting minutes. 3.3 Approval of the June 29, 2013 meeting minutes. 3.4 Approval of the preliminary acceptance of subdivision improvements and beginning of the warranty period for Falls at Boulden Ridge 3A. 3.5 Approval of an ordinance adopting an Amended Engineering Detail related to flare driveways. 3.6 Approval of a resolution for a Grant of Easement for sanitary sewer to the South Valley Sewer District. 3.7 Approval of a resolution of the Bluffdale City Council approving a Water Purchase Agreement and Petition with the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District. 4. Presentation of the Bluffdale City Police Department 2nd Quarter Statistical Report ? Corporal Shane Taylor. 5. Discussion on Hands-On CPR ? presenter, J. Lee Bertoch. 6. Discussion regarding Ordinance 2005-20, an ordinance establishing water as a resource necessary for development within the City of Bluffdale and specifying the amount of water to be secured by parties receiving approval to develop - presenter, Kim Rindlisbacher. 7. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and vote on an ordinance proposing to amend the Official Zoning Map from R-1-43 (Residential 1-acre) to GC-1 (Commercial) for approximately 10.08 acres, located at approximately 16131 South Camp Williams Rd., S A McDougal, Liberty Ventures, GKM Family LLC, applicants ? staff presenter ? PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and vote on an ordinance proposing to amend the City of Bluffdale Land Use Regulations, section 11-15 (Site Plans), requiring fencing when the City Staff, Planning Commission, and/or City Council determines that a hazardous condition may exist ? staff presenter ? Alan Peters. 9. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and vote on proposed amendments to the City of Bluffdale Land Use Ordinance articles 11-8A, 11-8B, 11-8D, and 11-7 as it pertains to clustered residential developments in the R-1-43, R-1-10, R-87, and A-5 zones ? staff presenter ? Consideration and vote regarding Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plats for Plat E and Plat E-2 for 34 Townhomes, common areas, and associated streets located at approximately 15000-15200 South Heritagecrest Way and Plat D-6 for 12 single family lots at approximately 15200 South and Allegiance Drive within the Independence Master Planned Community, 4 Independence, LLC, applicant ? staff presenter ? Consideration and vote on a proposed Preliminary Plat for Palisade Acres, a residential subdivision consisting of 32 lots (minimum 1 acre) located at approximately 13800 South 3600 West, Ivory Development, applicant ? staff presenter ?
