Salt Lake City, Utah This agenda is subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting. ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS: 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Approve the May 14, 2009 and June 11, 2009 Minutes. APPOINTMENTS: 8:00 a.m. Everest College, letter of intent to begin a BSN program. 8:30 a.m. Ameritech College, Lona Broadhead DISCUSSION ITEMS: -Report on site visit to University of Southern Nevada. -Review NCLEX Pass rates for provisionally approved programs. -Review written reports from: Utah Career College, Dr. Carolyn Lewis Stevens-Henager College, Traci Hardell Mountainland ATC, Debra Edmunds NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING: Thursday, August 13, 2009 Meetings scheduled for the next quarter: Thursday, September 10, 2009; October 8, 2009 and November 12, 2009.
