KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, July 11, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening and approval of minutes of the June 27, 2013 meeting.
2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, general contractor at 1592 South 150 West ? David Heath.
3. Conditional use permit for farm animals at 1108 East Sherwood Drive ? David Clark.
4. Revocation of a conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, inflatable entertainment rentals at 932 East 300 North ? Vic Shiner.
5. Public hearing and request to rezone 8.20 acres of property at approximately 530 South Sunset Drive from A-1 (Light Agriculture), R-A (Agricultural Residential), and R-1-20 (Single Family Residential) to R-1-LD (Single Family Low Density) ? Robert Law.
6. Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for Tyler Estates Phase 4 at approximately 530 South Sunset Drive ? Robert Law.
7. Public hearing and request to rezone 10.34 acres of property at approximately 530 North Main Street from GC (General Commercial) to R-2 (One or Two Family Residential) and R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) ? Ovation Homes.
8. Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for Hyde Park Subdivision at approximately 530 North Main Street ? Ovation Homes.
9. Election of Planning Commission Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson.
