CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, July 2, 2013 Meeting held at the City of Saratoga Springs City Offices 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA One or more Councilmember may participate in this meeting electronically via video or telephonic conferencing. WORK SESSION-Commencing at 6:00 p.m. 1. Departmental Quarterly update. (Building Department) 2. Adjourn to Policy Session. POLICY SESSION- Commencing at 6:00 p.m. ? Call to Order. ? Roll Call. ? Invocation / Reverence. ? Pledge of Allegiance. ? Public Input - Time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments. Please limit repetitive comments. ? Awards, Recognitions and Introductions. POLICY ITEMS 1. Consent Calendar: a. Final Warranty Bond Release for The Gables Phase 2C. b. Resolution R13-24 (7-2-13) appointing Kevin Sater to the Library Advisory Board. c. Resolution R13-25 (7-2-13) amending the consolidated fee schedule for the City of Saratoga Springs and establishing an effective date. 2. Public Hearing: Amendment to the Zoning Map for Phase 3 of the Sergeant Court Development located at approximately 1650 North Redwood Road, City of Saratoga Springs, applicant. a. Ordinance 13-14 (7-2-13) Rezoning Phase 3 of Sergeant Court from Mixed Use to PUD Mixed Use. 3. Site Plan for Young Family Dental located at approximately 1416 North Redwood Road, Spencer Goo, applicant. 4. Public Hearing: Adoption of the City of Saratoga Springs Architectural Design Standards. a. Ordinance 13-10 (7-2-13) adopting the City of Saratoga Springs Site and Architectural Design Standards. 5. Public Hearing: Vacation of Cameron Drive in the Saratoga Springs Development Plat 18. a. Ordinance 13-11 (7-2-13) approving the vacation of Cameron Drive, approving the road vacation plat, and vacating the public?s interest in Cameron Drive. 6. Proposed Tent locations for the TNT Fireworks stand located at 1320 North Redwood Road, American Promotional Events, applicant. 7. Ordinance 13-12 (7-2-13) amending Section 18.01.01 of the City Code to adopt the current edition of certain building, construction, and fire codes. 8. Ordinance 13-13 (7-2-13) adopting the 2006 Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code and accompanying map of Wildland-Urban Interface Areas in the City of Saratoga Springs. 9. Reports: a. Mayor b. City Council. c. Administration communication with Council. 10. Motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange, or lease of property, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 11.
