KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, June 27, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of minutes of the June 13, 2013 meeting. 2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B: a. Handyman services at 230 South Christine Way ? Joseph Jeppson. b. General contractor?s office at 1620 South 150 West ? Jeff Butler. 3. Conditional use permit for a duplex at 330 North 1000 East ? Erin Perkins. 4. Conditional use permit for a woodworking shop at approximately 580 West Boro Street ? Carl Willeln. 5. Final plat approval for The Woods at Windsor Lane Subdivision Phases 1 and 2 at approximately 600 East Windsor Lane ? Chris Martineau. 6. Preliminary and final plat approval for Sunset Farms Amended at 1310 South Saratoga Court ? Steven Holmes. 7. Call to the public. 8. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 9. Adjournment.
