Description/Agenda

The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering a request for a Subdivision request for Phase 3 of the Rooftops at 78 Hundred Townhomes. This project includes 29 townhouse units and is located at the northwest corner of 7800 S. and Euro Road (approx. 7602 S. 1039 W.). This request is being made by Solstice Homes. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting or contact Lesley Burns in the Midvale City Planning and Zoning Department at (801) 567-7229 for more information.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Midvale City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting the City Recorder at 801-567-7207, providing at least three working days advance notice of the meeting.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
