Resolution R13-17 (6-18-13): A resolution appointing Andrew Burton as Chief of Police; granting the City Council’s consent to the appointment; authorizing the City Manager to establish employment terms and conditions, and establishing an effective date. 2. Consent Calendar: a. Award of Bid for Manhole Restoration Services. b. Resolution R13-18 (6-18-13): A resolution adopting a Public Works and Engineering Safety and Procedures Manual and establishing an effective date. c. Conditional Use for temporary fireworks stand located at 1320 North Redwood Road, American Promotional Events, applicant. d. Conditional Use for temporary fireworks stand located at 136 West SR 73, American Promotional Events, applicant. e. Conditional Use for temporary fireworks stand located at 1416 Redwood Road, Big Bear of Utah Inc., applicant. f. Final Plat and Development Agreement for the Benches Plat 9 located at approximately 600 West Valley View Drive, Edge Homes, applicant. g. Resolution R13-19 (6-18-13): Addendum to resolution of the City of Saratoga Springs creating street lighting special improvement district include additional subdivision lots. (Benches Plat 9) h. Final Plat and Development Agreement for Jacobs Ranch Plat I located at approximately 2250 South 450 West, JP Stoddard, applicant. i. Resolution R13-20 (6-18-13): Addendum to resolution of the City of Saratoga Springs creating street lighting special improvement district include additional subdivision lots. (Jacobs Ranch Plat I) j. Approval of minutes: i. April 30, 2013 and May 7, 2013. 3. Real Estate Purchase Agreement for debris basin property near Jacobs Ranch. 4. Public Hearing: Proposed budget amendment for Fiscal Year 2012-2013. a. Resolution R13-21 (6-18-13): A resolution amending the City of Saratoga Springs budget for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 and establishing an effective date. 5. Proposed Budget and Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2013-2014. a. Resolution R13-22 (6-18-13): A resolution adopting the City of Saratoga Springs Municipal Budget for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 and establishing an effective date. 6. Approval of Garbage and Recycling Contract Amendments. 7. Ordinance 13-10 (6-18-13): An ordinance of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah adopting the 2006 Utah Wildland Urban Interface Code; adopting the Wildland-Urban Interface Map; and providing an effective date 8. Resolution R13-23 (6-18-13): A resolution adopting a Social Media User Agreement and establishing an effective date. 9. Reports: a. Mayor b. City Council. c. Administration communication with Council. 10. Motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange or lease of property, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 11.
