b.	Consideration of Resolution 2013R-4 approving and adopting an amendment to the fiscal year 2013 budget for the North Davis Fire District for the period Beginning July 1, 2012 and Ending June 30, 2013, for the remainder of the budget year

II. Fiscal Year 2014 Budget
a.	Consideration of Public Hearing to receive public comments to consider the proposed North Davis Fire District Fiscal Year 2013/2014 Budget
b.	Consideration of Resolution 2013R-5 approving and adopting the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget for the North Davis Fire District for the period beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2014 and appropriating funds for the purposes set forth therein
7.	Consideration of Resolution 2013R-6 Requesting that the Clearfield City Council As Governing Authority Adopt a Resolution Certifying A tax Rate for the North Davis Fire District  to the Davis County Clerk-Auditor for the 2013 Taxable Year and Providing for an Effective Date
8.	Fire Chief’s Report
