Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on June 18, 2013, to receive public comment on a request by Boyd Bradshaw, representing Westmark Property for a zoning map amendment, known as the Pedersen Property Zone Change, on approximately 2.62 acres of land at approximately 12955 South Boulter Street for the purpose of changing the zone from RA1 (one acre lots) to RA2 (half acre lots). The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on June 18, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dan Boles at the Draper City offices, 576-6335. Attest: Tracy B.
