AGENDA 

1. Welcome & Business 

2. Minutes 
The Committee will consider minutes from the May 18th meeting.  Draft minutes have been distributed and posted on the website.

3. Case Updates
Staff will provide an update on ongoing cases including the Rocky Mountain Power rate cases and integrated resource plan.

4. Workload Planning
Staff will provide an update on priority projects anticipated for the next six months.
 
4. Open and Public Meetings Act 
Legislation passed in 2009 requires annual training on the Open and Public Meetings Act to all public bodies.  This training will include a review of existing provisions as well as the key changes passed during the 2009 general session.

5. NASUCA (National Association of State Utility Advocates) Update
Staff will provide an update of the ongoing work done by NASUCA at the national level and also including association resolutions.
