Description/Agenda: Notice of Election in Central Davis Sewer District Notice is hereby given that there will be an election in the Central Davis Sewer District which is located in Davis County, Utah on Tuesday November 5, 2013 for the election of three trustees for terms on the District?s Board ending December 31, 2017. All prospective candidates shall file a declaration of candidacy in person with the District filing officers at the District office at 2200 South Sunset Drive, Kaysville, Utah 84037 not later than 5:00 pm between June 1, 2013 and June 7, 2013. A candidate must be a tax payer and qualified voter residing within the Boundaries of the District. The Election will be held in conformity with all applicable election laws.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Leland Myers, 2200 South Sunset Drive, Kaysville, Utah 84037 or call (801)451-2190 at least three days prior to the meeting.
