The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering an application for a text amendment to create a new section in Title 17-Zoning, of the Midvale Municipal Code, for a new overlay within the Bingham Junction Zone District. This overlay will provide use, development, landscaping, architectural and other standards for the property located at the northwest corner of 7800 South and Holden Street in order to address the specific issues associated with this approximate nine acre parcel. This request is being made by Henry Walker Homes. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting or contact Lesley Burns in the Midvale City Planning and Zoning Department at (801) 567-7229 for more information.
Notice of Special Accommodations:

Notice of Electronic or telephone participation:
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
