NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL AND PLEASANT GROVE CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 in City Council Chambers, 86 East 100 South, Pleasant Grove, Utah. (OLD FORT, LITTLE DENMARK, AND STRINGTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD) Continued from the April 2, 2013 meeting. Presenter: Director Young i. Continued Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2013-8) amending Chapter 10-11G, Downtown Mixed Use Overlay Zone (DMU), of the Pleasant Grove City Code, amending various provisions regarding project design, height, density, parking, open space, landscaping, design features, etc.; and providing for an effective date. (OLD FORT, LITTLE DENMARK, AND STRINGTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD) Continued from the April 2, 2013 meeting. Presenter: Director Young j. Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2013-10) amending Title 3 Chapter 3B Subsection 3 of the Pleasant Grove Municipal Code changing the Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax from 5.051% of the delivered value of the taxable energy to the Consumer to 6% of the delivered value of the taxable energy to the consumer. Said rate shall become effective July 1, 2013. Presenter: Attorney Petersen k. Public Hearing to receive input on, and to consider approval and adoption of, (1) the proposed Parks & Recreation Impact Fee Facilities Plans, (2) Parks & Recreation (3) Ordinance (3013-11) containing proposed revisions to Pleasant Grove City Code regarding Impact Fees, and (4) updates to the affected impact fees charged by Pleasant Grove City.
