- CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, April 2, 2013 Meeting held at the City of Saratoga Springs City Offices 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA One or more Councilmember may participate in this meeting electronically via video or telephonic conferencing. WORK SESSION-Commencing at 6:00 p.m. 1. Eagle Scout Project presentation. 2. Discussion of the Tentative 2013-2014 budget. 3. Standards and Specification update. 4. Adjourn to Policy Session. POLICY SESSION-will follow Work Session. ? Call to Order. ? Roll Call. ? Invocation / Reverence. ? Pledge of Allegiance. ? Public Input - Time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments. Please limit repetitive comments. ? Awards, Recognitions and Introductions. POLICY ITEMS 1. Concept Plan for Panda Express located at 1413 North Redwood Road, CFT Developments, LLC, applicant. 2. Amendment to City?s Contracting and Purchasing Policy. 3. Resolution R13-7 (4-2-13): A resolution amending the contracting and purchasing policy and establishing an effective date. 4. Approval of a bucket truck for the Public Works department. 5. Discussion of the Personnel Policies & Procedures Manual. 6. Reports: a. Mayor b. City Council. c. Administration communication with Council. 7. Motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange or lease of property, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 8. Adjournment. Notice to those in attendance: ? Please be respectful to others and refrain from disruptions during the meeting. ?
