KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, March 28, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of minutes of the February 14, 2013 and February 28, 2013 meetings. 2. Conditional use permit for farm animals at 764 East 350 North ? Sally Newton. 3. Public hearing and request to rezone 2.11 acres of property at approximately 1000 South Angel Street from A-1 (Light Agriculture) to R-1-LD (Single Family Residential) ? Ron Stephens. 4. Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Thornley Estates Subdivision at approximately 145 North 100 West ? Steve Evans. 5. Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Curzon Place Subdivision at 636 East 100 North ? Rand Hollist. 6. Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Rumsey Subdivision at 292 East Center Street ? Rees Rumsey. 7. Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for East Crestwood Subdivision Phase 1 at 781 North Thornfield Cove ? RES Properties. 8. Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for The Woods at Windsor Lane Subdivision at approximately 600 East Windsor Lane ? Chris Martineau. 9.
