(SAM WHITE?S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD) Public Hearing to consider approval of the commercial site plan for Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market located at approx.1650 West State Street in the Grove Zone. (SAM WHITE?S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD) Public Hearing to consider the revised approval of the Grove Commons Subdivision preliminary plat located at approx. 1650 West State Street in the Grove Zone. (SAM WHITE?S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD) Public Hearing to consider approval of the commercial site plan for Holiday Oil located at approx. 579 South Pleasant Grove Blvd. in the Grove Zone.
