Mountain Road, Fruit Heights, at 7:00 P.M. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 7:00 PM REGULAR MEETING 1. WELCOME: MAYOR TODD STEVENSON PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND OPENING CEREMONY ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING ? February 19, 2013 & March 5, 2013 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny Richard Hepners request regarding Storm Water Fee D. Discuss/Approve/Deny closing of Escrow Accounts and MBA account E. Discuss/Approve/Deny agreement with Christine Gailey F. Discussion on scheduling a public hearing to amend the FY 2012-2013 Budget G. Discussion on agreement/settlement regarding Taft & Christensen Properties H. Discussion on request from resident Brian Hough for reimbursement of funds for trash-can overpayment 6. OLD BUSINESS: A. Reconsideration of the motion regarding the Curbside Recycling Program 7. CLOSED MEETING By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter. 8. ADJOURNMENT Next City Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2013.
