CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, March 19, 2013 Meeting held at the City of Saratoga Springs City Offices 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045 AMENDED CITY COUNCIL AGENDA One or more Councilmember may participate in this meeting electronically via video or telephonic conferencing. WORK SESSION-Commencing at 6:00 p.m. 1. Eagle Scout Project presentation. 2. Quarterly Departmental Updates (Engineering & Planning). 3. Discussion of the Village at Saratoga Springs Master Development Agreement. 4. Discussion of the Land Development Code revision (Section 19.04.210, Mixed Lakeshore Zone, 19.04.220, Business Park Zone, 19.04.230 Institutional/Civic Zone) 5. Discussion of the Tentative 2013-2014 budget. 6. Adjourn to Policy Session. Preliminary Plat for the Benches Plat 9 located at approximately 600 West Valley View Drive, Edge Homes, applicant. b. Award of Bid for the 400 North Widening project. c. Warranty Bond Release for North Saratoga Center, Phase 1B. 2. Consideration for adoption of a resolution of the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah (“The Issuer”), authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $6,500,00 aggregate principal amount of water revenue bonds, series 2013 (“the series 2013 bonds”) and related matters. 3. Joint Agreement between UDOT and City of Saratoga Springs (Pony Express Widening). 4. Approval of the Joint Federal Aid Agreement for Pony Express Trail. 5. Reports: a. Mayor b. City Council. c. Administration communication with Council. 6. Motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange or lease of property, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 7. Adjournment.
