PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Midvale City Council will hold a workshop meeting on the 12th day of March, 2013 at Midvale City Hall, 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah as follows:

I.	DISCUSSION ITEMS

A.	Discuss Proposed Budget Amendments to the FY 2013 General Fund and other funds as necessary [ Laurie Harvey, Asst. City Manager/Admin Services Director ] 

B.	Discuss Northwest Corner of Holden Street and 7800 South [ Lesley Burns, City Planner ] 

C.	Discuss Health Care Reform Act [ Rori Andreason, H.R. Director/City Recorder ] 

II.	CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THE PURCHASE, EXCHANGE, OR LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY

III.	ADJOURN
