Staff will provide an update on ongoing cases including updates on the current and next Rocky Mountain Power rate cases; Questar refund and rate case; ongoing telecom cases including Manti & All West rate cases, Bresnan interconnection, Beehive
interconnection/CPCN, and the All American request; and misc. issues such as NGV and the insulation programs.

4. Rocky Mountain Power General Rate Case: Rate Design Staff will discuss issues pertaining to the rate design portion of the 2008 RMP general rate case.

5. Discussion of strategy in litigation pending before the Utah Public Service Commission: in Docket 08-035-38 (RMP General Rate Case), Docket 08-035-15(RMP request for energy adjustment mechanism), Docket 09-035-20 (US Mag application for service), and Docket 08-2469-01 (All American petition to amend authority as CLEC)

5a. Closed Meeting: Pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205 (1)(c)
