KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, February 28, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.

The agenda shall be as follows:

1.   Opening.
2.   Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, preschool at 142 North Kays Drive – Heidi Anderson
3.   Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, contractor office at 698 North Farmland Drive – Tyson Love.
4.   Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Georgia Busey Subdivision at 144 North 100 East – Donald B. Rohbock.
5.   Call to the public.
6.   Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission:
a.   Reports.
b.   Correspondence.
c.   Calendar.
7.   Adjournment.
