- CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, February 19, 2013 Meeting held at the City of Saratoga Springs City Offices 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA One or more Councilmember may participate in this meeting electronically via video or telephonic conferencing. WORK SESSION-Commencing at 6:00 p.m. 1. Quarterly Departmental Updates (Fire and Police). 2. Discussion of the Crossroads monument entry feature. 3. Adjourn to Policy Session. POLICY SESSION-will follow Work Session. ? Call to Order. ? Roll Call. ? Invocation / Reverence. ? Pledge of Allegiance. ? Public Input - Time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments. Please limit repetitive comments. ? Awards, Recognitions and Introductions. POLICY ITEMS 1. Resolution R13-5 (2-19-13): A resolution of the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs accepting the Camp W.G. Williams Joint Land Use Study (JLUS) final report and endorsing and supporting the strategies therein as recommended by the Camp Williams JLUS policy committee. 2. Ordinance 13-3 (2-19-13): An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah changing SR 73 to Crossroads Boulevard; and providing an effective date. 3. Resolution R13-2 (2-19-13): A resolution amending the consolidated fee schedule for the City of Saratoga Springs and establishing an effective date. 4. Third extension of the Villages at Saratoga Springs Master Development Agreement. 5. Concept Plan for River Heights located at approximately 250 East Alhambra Drive, Randy Rindlishbacher, applicant. 6. Reports: a. Mayor b. City Council. c. Administration communication with Council. 7. Motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange or lease of property, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 8. Adjournment.
