Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening and approval of minutes of the January 31, 2013 meeting.
2. Request to rezone 0.53 acre of property at 1051 West 200 North from R-1-20 (Single Family Residential) to PB (Professional Business) ? Cameron Russell. (Tabled Item)
3. Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Whisperwood Cove Phase 8 Amended at 886 South Warm Springs Circle ? Nick Wood.
4. Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Hazel Way Subdivision and planned residential unit development overlay zone on 0.67 acres of property at 215 West 100 South ? Pete Smith.
5. Final plat approval for Sunset Equestrian Estates Phase 13 at approximately 1600 South Kentucky Derby Way ? Woodside Homes.
