DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1.	Next training session. August 14, 2008, Vernal Utah, Sponsor contacted? Location?
2.	Discuss Secondhand Dealers whom are registered but not downloading to the database.
3.	Exemption requests on Secondhand Merchants whom may be exempt or exempted? Exemption rule by the Director.
4.	Update on progress of Secondhand Merchants registering. 
5.	Leeds online update. 
6.	Input needs for the RFP due at the end of 2008. What are the additional needs to be added to the new RFP bid. 
7.	Update on the addition of antique dealers to the statutes. 
8.	Use of Drivers Privilege card. What actions may be taken? LE to monitor this factor and take action. Violation of the Act. 
9.	Actions taken on shops. 
10.	Turn in the attendance rosters of past training events. 
11.	Meeting adjourned.
