FRUIT HEIGHTS CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Fruit Heights City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comments regarding implementing a recycling program.
