PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, January 15, 2013, at the Sunset City Office Building, 200 West 1300 North, Sunset, Utah. Said meeting shall begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Any information or items for the Council?s consideration must be furnished at least ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled meeting to give the needed time to study the request. Agenda shall be as follows: REGULAR SESSION A. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME B. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by Mayor Bangerter C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES ? January 2, 2013 D. PUBLIC COMMENTS 1. Presentation of Sunset City?s Fiscal Year 2012 Annual Financial Report 2. Present awards to winners of the 2012 Christmas Lighting Displays 3. Appoint Scott Stevenson as Chair and Brian Parker as Alternate Chair of the Planning Commission 4. Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2013-01 adding an employee recognition policy 5. Discussion and possible approval of continuing the City?s membership in the Davis Chamber of Commerce 6. Council review of financial disclosure statements 7. Council Member reports and general information
