- PUBLIC NOTICE 2013 MEETING SCHEDULE KEARNS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT The Kearns Improvement District Board of Trustees has set their meeting schedule for 2013. All meetings will be held at the District Administrative Offices, 5350 West 5400 South, Kearns, Utah. The meetings will commence at 5:30 p.m. The public and news media are invited to attend any and all meetings. To request items to be placed on the agenda, please call the General Manager, Pamela Gill at 801-968-1011. The time and place for each meeting may be changed from time to time due to emergencies or special conditions. Other meetings may also be held to consider emergency or special items. The dates of the meetings are as follows: January 8, 2013 February 12, 2013 March 19, 2013 April 9, 2013 May 14, 2013 June 18, 2013 July 9, 2013 August 13, 2013 September 17, 2013 October 15, 2013 (Tentative Budget) November 12, 2013 (Budget Hearing) December 10, 2013
