Call Meeting to Order

DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1.	Next training session. May 28, 2009. Provo City Police Department.
2.	Update from Salt Lake City Police Department and/or Salt Lake County Sheriff on any new difficulties with the database or NCIC data. Resolutions?
3.	How can shops or Law Enforcement be assured that data is being sent from a shop, accepted by the database, properly available to users?
4.	What is or can be done to notify an agency that an item is listed as stolen by the NCIC system? Does this require a item by item search by Law Enforcement? Process?
5.	Board member open forum for discussion.  Subjects and areas of concern? i.e.
	a. Emphasis on Law Enforcement contacting shops and working with compliance issues. 
	b. Shops properly downloading to the database. 
	c. Checking the database for those shops not downloading. Law Enforcement to follow-up with shops.
	d. Other observations from the Board. 	 
4. 	Presentation from the database administrator. 
5. 	Next Board Meeting Date? Quarterly?
6.	Meeting adjourned.
