KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.

The agenda shall be as follows:

1.   Opening and approval of minutes of the November 8, 2012 meeting.
2.   Alteration of the conditional use permit for a model home and low profile sign in the Kays Landing Subdivision at 420 North Main Street – Destination Homes
3.   Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for North Fork Estates at approximately 100 North Flint Street – Symphony Homes
4.   Call to the public.
5.   Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission:
a.   Reports.
b.   Correspondence.
c.   Calendar.
6.   Adjournment.
