The Agenda will be as follows: BLUFFDALE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING 7:00 P.M. 1. Roll Call, Invocation and Pledge.* 2. PUBLIC FORUM ? CONSENT AGENDA: 3.1 Approval of the September 11, 2012 meeting minutes. 3.2 Approval of a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Easement Agreement with Rocky Mountain Power for a culinary water line project. 3.3 Approval of a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Easement Agreement with the Utah Lake Distributing Company for a culinary water line project. 4. Presentation of a Citizen?s Commendation from the Bluffdale City Police Department ? Chief Gary Hicken. 5. Presentation of the Bluffdale City Police Third Quarter Statistical Report (August & September 2012) Chief Gary Hicken. 6. Financial Advisory Services information and discussion, Matt Dugdale, George K. Baum Company. 7. Consideration and vote regarding preliminary plat approval for Independence at Bluffdale Plat D5, located at approximately 15000 -15200 South Heritagecrest Way, within the Independence Master Planned Community, 4 Independence, LLC, applicant ? staff presenter ? Grant Crowell. 8. Consideration and vote regarding final plat approval for Independence at Bluffdale plats D1,2 and 3, located at approximately 15000-15200 South Heritagecrest Way, within the Independence master Planned Community, 4 Independence, LLC, applicant ? staff presenter ? Grant Crowell. 9. Mayor?s Report. 10. City Manager?s Report and Discussion. PLANNING SESSION 11. Please Note: The planning session is for identifying future items and other council discussion in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-201(2) (a). While the meeting may be open to the public, there will not be any opportunity for public input during the planning session. 12.
