Mountain Road, Fruit Heights, at 7:00 P.M. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 7:00 PM REGULAR MEETING 1. WELCOME: MAYOR TODD STEVENSON PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND OPENING CEREMONY ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING ? September 11, 2012 3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS Items from the Public- The public may address the Mayor regarding issues that are not on the agenda. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. CLOSED MEETING By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter. 9.
