The Agenda will be as follows: CLOSED MEETING 6:00 P.M. 1. Closed meeting pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-205 (1) to discuss the character, professional competence, or health of an individual, collective bargaining, pending or imminent litigation, strategies to discuss real property acquisition, including any form of a water right or water shares, security issues, or any alleged criminal misconduct. Off-Site Field Trip. BLUFFDALE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING 7:00 P.M. 1. Roll Call, Invocation and Pledge.* 2. PUBLIC FORUM ? (4 minute maximum per person to bring items not already on the agenda before the Council. Participants are encouraged to submit a written statement (1 copy) for items that are complex or that may require more than 4 minutes to present). 3. CONSENT AGENDA: 3.1 Approval of a resolution authorizing execution of a Scada System Maintenance Agreement. 3.2 Approval of a resolution approving an Interlocal Agreement between South Valley Sewer District and the City of Bluffdale providing for coordinated construction projects. 3.3 Approval of a resolution for an Interlocal Agreement between South Valley Sewer District and the City of Bluffdale for sharing GIS data. WORK SESSION 4. Information and discussion on the Capital Facilities Plan and associated Impact Fees ? Brent Ventura. CONTINUATION OF REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING 5. Consideration and vote on a resolution approving a Development Agreement and proposed amendments to the project plan for the Independence at Bluffdale Master Planned Community, 4 Independence, LLC ? staff presenters ? Vaughn Pickell and Grant Crowell. 6. Consideration and vote regarding a preliminary plat approval for Independence at Bluffdale Plat F, located at approximately 15000-15200 South Heritage Crest Way, within the Independence Master Planned Community, 4 Independence, LLC., applicant ? staff presenter ? Grant Crowell. 7. Mayor?s Report. 8. City Manager?s Report and Discussion. PLANNING SESSION 9. Please Note: The planning session is for identifying future items and other council discussion in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-201(2) (a). While the meeting may be open to the public, there will not be any opportunity for public input during the planning session. 10.
