6. Rocky Mountain Power General Rate Case 
Staff will provide a summary of the rate case to date, including the outcome of the settlement on the rate of return portion and the positions taken in the revenue requirement portion.

7. Discussion of strategy in litigation pending before the Utah Public Service Commission: in Docket 08-035-38 (Rocky Mountain Power General Rate Case), Docket 08-035-95 (Rocky Mountain Power Request for New Large Generating Resource), and Docket
