LEGAL NOTICES

Utah Legal notices allows users to search for notices such as: Property Foreclosure; Water Notices; Auctions; Summons; Alerts; and Delinquent Tax Notices as published in Utah Newspapers.

STATE AUDITOR REPORTS

Utah State Auditor reports for government organizations from 2007 to date.

STATE FINANCIAL REPORTS

Access to the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), Federal Receipts Reporting and Federal OMB Single Audit Reports, as well as other specialized financial reports.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL REPORTS

Local Government Reports include the State Auditors records of County; Municipality; School District; Local Districts; and Other nonprofit financial organizations official Financial Reports; Budgets, UT Forms, and Impact Fees.

COURTS PUBLIC NOTICES

Utah State Courts Public Notices provide notices required by law or court order to be published for the twelve Utah counties that publish their notices online.

INSURANCE TRANSPARENCY

The State of Utah Insurance Transparency site allows users to: Search for information about individual insurance companies; Compare quality measures between different companies; Participate in the rate review process for proposed premium increases; and View the latest proposed rate changes.

RECORDS ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT

Utah State Archives provides citizen access to government records through the State Records Ombudsman, Utah Public Notices, and the process for making Government records requests through GRAMA.

UTAH RECORDS OMBUDSMAN

The ombudsman is familiar with the provisions of GRAMA (Government Records Access and Management Act) and serves as a resource for citizens who are making government records requests or appealing denials of records requests.

UTAH GOVERNMENT PUBLICATIONS

Utah Government Publications Online allows users to see newly released agency documents and reports and search and browse for agency publications and other items stored in the Utah Digital Library.
