- H.B. 318 Classroom Size Revisions
- H.B. 103 Wireless Telephone Use Restrictions
Why: The Governor is deeply concerned about the high rate of youth suicide in Utah. According to the Utah Department of Health, suicide is the second leading cause of death for Utah youth and young adults.

Visuals: The Governor will sit with students and legislators in the Cyprus High School Media Center. Students will interact with the governor during a question and answer session. Legislative sponsors will accompany the Governor for ceremonial bill signings.
