Salvador D. Petilos as the Director of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control

Olivia Vela Agraz and Francine A. Giani as members to newly created positions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission

David L. Buhler as Commissioner of Higher Education

Marlin K. Jensen as a member of the State Board of Regents

Julie B. Beck as a member of the Dixie State College Board of Trustees

David M. Fleming as a member of the State Records Committee

Dave Jay Fowers as a member of the Crime Victim Reparations and Assistance Board

Roland James Murray as a member of the Defined Contribution Risk Adjuster Board of Directors
