Governor Huntsman offers condolences to King familyNews Release
February 1, 2006
Mary Kaye and I are profoundly saddened by the death of Coretta Scott King. Mrs. King and her husband, Dr. Martin Luther King, will forever be remembered as a national symbol of equality, compassion and hope for all Americans. She transformed our nation through her remarkable work and support of her husband in the noble cause of equality. America is a stronger nation because of Mrs. King's dedication and it is my hope that we may honor her memory by resolving to keep her work, and that of her husband, alive.
We extend our deepest condolences and prayers to the King Family.
