WHAT: On behalf of Republican Governors, Governor Herbert will provide the closing keynote address at the American Action Forum, again taking his message to the nation's capital: Utah has its own solutions to Utah's problems, including health care. The Governor will detail Utah's approach to health care innovation, the challenges of Medicaid management, and the mounting market uncertainty created by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act-which neither protects, nor is affordable.
