September 11, 2005

Camp Williams, Utah—The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is reminding all Hurricane Katrina guests who have stayed or are staying at Camp Williams to update their contact information in order to receive FEMA disaster assistance.

Individuals who have left Camp Williams without reporting their new address to FEMA should update this information as soon as possible. This can be done over the Internet or telephone:

  • Online Registration: www.fema.gov
  • Phone Registration: 1-800-621-FEMA (3362)
  • Speech and hearing impaired: 1-800-462-7585
(Because of high volume during the day, FEMA recommends logging onto its Web site or calling between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.)

Hurricane Katrina guests at Camp Williams received fliers this week reminding them to register and maintain current contact information with FEMA in order to receive disaster assistance.
