Governor Herbert to Sign Rural Economic Development Legislation
What:              Governor Gary R. Herbert will host a press conference and will sign House Bill 318 - Industrial Assistance Account Amendments.  One of the Governor's legislative priorities, HB 318 will provide funding to be used to promote business and economic development in rural Utah with the Business Expansion and Retention (BEAR) program.
