WHY: Utah has been asked to assist with relief efforts for victims of Hurricane Katrina. "Utahns have a strong volunteer spirit and a willingness to pitch in and help when there is tragedy," said Governor Huntsman. "Though we are geographically far away, there are still many things we can and should try to do to help our fellow countrymen who are facing widespread devastation."
