Huntsman, Jr., Darin Peterson, Rick Wheeler What: Governor Huntsman will sign a letter officially appointing Darin Peterson and Rick Wheeler to the Utah State Legislature When: 9:30 a.m. Monday, January 17, 2005 Where: Governor Huntsman's Office Why: Darin Peterson will officially be appointed to Senate District 24, which was held by Senator Leonard Blackham. Senator Blackham recently resigned after being named to a cabinet position as State Agriculture Commissioner. Rick Wheeler will officially be appointed to House District 68, which was held by Representative Mike Styler. Representative Styler recently resigned after being named to a cabinet position as State Natural Resources Executive Director.
