As Chief Information Officer and Executive Director of the newly-formed Department of Technology Services (DTS), Mr. Fletcher's goal is to review all IT functions in state government for efficiency and productivity, and build an IT service organization matching agency needs to IT solutions.

Mr. Fletcher is the keynote speaker and will speak on "Achieving Business Efficiency through eGovernment Services."

Dave Fletcher

David Fletcher has been Deputy Director of the Utah Department of Administrative Services, Deputy CIO over eGovernment, the State Y2K Coordinator, and Director of the Division of General Services. In each of these capacities, he has focused on the use of technology to make government more efficient and to enable more effective delivery of services to citizens, to agencies, to employees and to business partners.

Mr. Dave Fletcher will speak on "The past, present and future of eGovernment in Utah"
