Carrie Gott
Ms. Gott has been managing government websites and application development in partnership with state governments since 1999. She began her portal management career in the state of Maine leading the Maine.gov website to an award winning status and developing services and information delivery that resulted in a 400% visitor increase in only three years. As General Manager for the state of Rhode Island website, Ms. Gott worked closely with the CIO to develop and deliver the very first RI.gov, which was quickly recognized for excellence and ranked the #1 government website by the MIT/Accenture group.
Today, Ms Gott is General Manager of Utah Interactive, the state's private portal partner, which with oversight from the CIO's Office, is responsible for management, marketing and operations of Utah.gov. She is delighted to be working with the state of Utah and looks forward to being a part of Utah's continuing success in eGovernment service delivery.
