Cathilea RobinettCathilea Robinett is Executive Director of the Center for Digital Government. Based in Folsom, CA, the Center is an international research and advisory institute providing government and industry leaders with decision support, research and education services to help them effectively incorporate new technologies in the 21st century. Along with her leadership over a team of professional researchers, analysts, technology writers and editors, Ms. Robinett directs and maintains policy and business standards for all of the Center's market intelligence programs. For over a decade, she has served as a thought leader and adviser to industry and government officials, and has worked extensively with states, cities and counties throughout the nation helping them develop sound strategies for the Digital Age. She has composed and orchestrated national forums, summits and conferences, allowing technology executives to share solutions, create dialogue and explore and further understand how to use the Internet. An author and frequent speaker, Ms. Robinett holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and communications. She resides in Sacramento, CA.
